Hueytown City Council
The Hueytown City Council meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Pre-Council meetings start at 5:30pm and the regular council meetings start at 6:00pm.

Hueytown consists of five districts which are each represented by one elected member comprising the City Council. The City Council is responsible for policy-making, local resolutions and ordinances, adopting an annual budget, and appointing members to local boards and committees.
